This is a studio apartment in the ground floor with a big terrace. It has a kitchen unit with a stove, a fridge, and a sink, as well as plenty of storage. The apartment has floor heating and an optic fiber internet connection. There is also a cellar compartment and there are shared washing machines and dryers.
I would like to leave some of the furniture there, especially the wardrobe, the desk, the sofa, and the curtains. The price for those is negotiable.

Generally, the apartment is in very good condition, as it has been built less than 10 years ago. It’s close to the train station, city center, and the lake. Supermarkets and public transport is close by.

Il s'agit d'un studio situé au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande terrasse. Il dispose d'une cuisine équipée avec une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur et un évier, ainsi que de nombreux rangements. L'appartement est équipé du chauffage au sol et d'une connexion Internet par fibre optique. Il y a également une cave et des machines à laver et sèche-linge communs.
Je souhaite laisser certains meubles, notamment l'armoire, le bureau, le canapé et les rideaux. Le prix de ces meubles est négociable.

D'une manière générale, l'appartement est en très bon état, car il a été construit il y a moins de 10 ans. Il est situé à proximité de la gare, du centre-ville et du lac. Les supermarchés et les transports publics sont à proximité.
