Ich vermiete meine gemütliche, voll möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Winterthur vom 15. Januar bis 15. Maerz 2026 (verhandelbar).
Du kannst die ganze Wohnung nutzen ausser ein Zimmer, das geschlossen bleibt während der Zwischenmiete. Das Büro-/Gästezimmer wird dein Schlafzimmer mit einer komfortablen Matratze.

Die Wohnung (ca. 55 m²) ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: vollausgestattete Küche und kleines Bad (mit Badewanne), und zwei Balkone mit Blick ins Grüne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuss erreichbar, und der Wald ist gleich um die Ecke für Spaziergänge und frische Luft.

Ich suche eine ordentliche, respektvolle und freundliche Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung, Möbeln und Pflanzen umgeht.

I'm renting out my cozy, fully furnished 3-room apartment in Winterthur from January 15 to March 15, 2026 (dates negotiable). You can use the entire apartment except for one room, which will remain closed during the sublet. The office/guest room will be your bedroom, equipped with a comfortable mattress.

The apartment (approx. 55 m²) is bright and lovingly furnished, with everything you need to feel at home: a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom (with bathtub), and two balconies overlooking the garden. Shops, cafés, and the train station are within walking distance, and the forest is just around the corner for nice walks.

I'm looking for a tidy, respectful, and friendly person who will take good care of the apartment, furniture, and plants.

**Rent:** CHF 1,500 / month, all inclusive (utilities, internet, etc.)
