Die Wohnung ist neu und farbig gestrichen. Sie wird noch weiter renoviert (Bilder etc.). Es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad, im oberen Stock sind Wohnzimmer, Küche als ein Raum und ein separates WC. Der Balkon ist direkt an der Küche Richtung Üetliberg, die Dachterrasse bietet einen 360-Grad-Rundumblick über Zürich. Ich suche einen Mitbewohner und/oder Untermieter.
Ich bin 56j., selbständig. Ich mag Musik, Kunst und gutes Essen. Ich suche jemanden, der sich die Wohnung mit mir teilt oder einfach nur das Zimmer mieten möchte. Die Wohnung wird wöchentlich professionell geputzt (nicht in der Miete enthalten). Glasfaserinternet ist vorhanden.

I am renting out a large, bright room in my 3.5-room penthouse apartment (maisonette). The apartment is very bright, spacious and centrally located (Wiedkon train station). The whole apartment has recently been painted. It is still undergoing further renovation (pictures, etc.). There is a shared bathroom, and on the upper floor there is a living room, kitchen and separate toilet. The balcony is directly adjacent to the kitchen and faces Üetliberg, while the roof terrace offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Zurich. I am looking for a flatmate and/or subtenant.

I am 56 years old and self-employed. I like music, art and good food. I am looking for someone to share the flat with me or who simply wants to rent the room. The flat is professionally cleaned weekly (not included in the rent). Fibre optic internet is available.
