In unserer Wohngemeinschaft sind zwei Zimmer frei geworden, die ab sofort zur Untermiete angeboten werden. Küche und Bad stehen selbstverständlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme, wie es in einer harmonischen WG üblich ist. Bewerber:innen sollten daher zuverlässig, ordentlich und respektvoll sein ? sowohl in den Gemeinschaftsräumen als auch im eigenen Zimmer.
Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten verlangt, da ich als Hauptmieter diese bereits hinterlegt habe. Selbstverständlich wird ein schriftlicher Untermietvertrag abgeschlossen.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Eine Tramhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, das Stücki-Areal ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache jederzeit möglich ? wer zuerst kommt, hat die größere Auswahl (ein Zimmer ist etwas kleiner als das andere).
