For the period November 1st 2025 - February 14th 2026 (also shorter, but minimum 1 month) will sublet my apartment (there is some flexibility with the dates). It is a very nice, bright and silent apartment, fully furnished. From the south oriented terrace you have a beautiful view into a garden with big trees. The apartment is perfectly located in the 6th district (Zurich 8006), near the tram stop Kinkelstrasse (trams 9 and 10). The very spacious living room has an integrated open kitchen and a 12 sq m balcony.

In the office there is a sofabed, so this can be used as a second bedroom.
