I am renting out a spacious room (22m2) with balcony access in my bright and modern 4.5-room apartment (120 m2). The apartment is very centrally located in Stäfa, just 300 m from the train station, various shopping facilities, doctors, and the lake.
It has beautiful parquet floors, a shower and bathtub, and its own washing machine and dryer. The large shared open kitchen, including a dishwasher, is available for shared use. Separate toilet.
HFC internet with 1 Gbit/s bandwidth, shared use via WiFi possible. A high-quality 120 cm bed is available for use if required.
A parking space can be rented for CHF 70/month through the property management company.
Important: I share the apartment with my daughters (9 and 11), who live with me about 40% of the time. Mutual sympathy, compatibility, and general tolerance with children are essential requirements.
Commuters or weekly residents are welcome.
Also available for a limited period of only 3 or 6 months.
