Zimmer zu vermieten in einem schönen 4.5-Zimmer-Apartment. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Alpen :) unglaublich bei Sonnenaufgang.
In der Wohnung werden ich selbst und meine Mitbewohnerin Larah sowie Pacha, die Katze, ab und zu sein! Wir sind lustig, respektvoll und mögen es, ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon zu teilen.
Die Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich in Flanthey, das heißt, 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, Stoppuhr in der Hand, vom New Pub (Zentrum von Crans-Montana) und 15 Minuten von Sierre und Sion entfernt. Du hast einen Parkplatz außen und eine Garage, um deine Sachen zu lagern, wenn du möchtest. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten und einen Gemüsegarten, in dem du viele Gemüse anpflanzen kannst! Ich hoffe, du hast eine grüne Hand ;)
Die Miete beträgt CHF 600, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
