Bei Bedarf ist ein PP mit Elektroladestation in der Garage dazu mietbar. Oder ein Aussenparkplatz im Carport. Die Wohnung ist im Eigentumsstandard ausgestattet und sorgfältig möbliert. - Entsprechend passt dieses luxuriöse Zimmer mit Bodenheizung und geöltem Parkett zu einer Person, die schönes Wohnen sucht und schätzt und für die Sorgfalt kein Fremdwort ist. Ein monatlicher Putzdienst für die allgemeinen Räume ist inbegriffen.
Zum See sind es nur 800m, zu den Unis in Horw ebenfalls, zum Bahhof 10min, zur Autobahn, Pilatusmarkt 5min.
