Das Zimmer (~20 m2) ist möbliert (Bett und Stauraum) und befindet sich im 1. Stock der Villa, alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen (Strom, Warmwasser, Internet, Netflix-Abonnement...). Außerdem ist der Bahnhof der Umsteigestation nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie die Migro.
Die Villa (auf 4 Etagen) ist sehr geräumig und angenehm zu bewohnen (~90 m2 Gemeinschaftsraum) und verfügt insbesondere über einen Garten, in dem wir jeden Sommer einen Whirlpool aufstellen. Der Keller ist als Fernsehbereich ausgebaut, das Erdgeschoss entspricht den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Garten), im ersten Stock gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und einen Balkon mit Seeblick und im zweiten Stock gibt es ein 4. Schlafzimmer mit Balkon ebenfalls (kurz gesagt, wir gehen uns wirklich nicht auf die Füße).
Wir mögen es, gemeinsam Aperitifs und Abendessen zu machen, während wir gleichzeitig unseren eigenen Raum bewahren, jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus!
