Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist vollständig möbliert – perfekt für eine Übergangslösung oder einen befristeten Aufenthalt.
In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die S-Bahn-Station mit schneller Verbindung nach Konstanz und Zürich.
Außerdem gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine private Terasse und ein schöner großer Gemeinschaftsgarten, in dem man sich wunderbar vom Alltag erholen kann.
Da ich mich für einige Monate im Ausland aufhalte, suche ich eine ruhige, zuverlässige und ordentliche Person oder ein Pärchen zur Untermiete.
