Die Wohnung (260qm) mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Bibliothek, Wintergarten respektive Gästezimmer, Balkon, Dachterrasse, Parkett, Stuck, zwei Bädern und einem Klavier sucht einen freundlichen, entspannten und humorvollen Menschen, der/die Lust auf ein schönes gemeinsames Wohnen hat.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Kirche Fluntern, ETH und Unispital. Niederdorf und Innenstadt sind fussläufig oder per Tram (5 und 6) gut erreichbar. Auch befindet sich die Buslinie 33 um die Ecke, sowie ein Bioladen, Migros, Coop, Denner, Avec und Spar. Die Miete warm beträgt CHF1.880 (inklusive Internet etc.) plus 200/Monat für die WG-Kasse, aus der die wöchentliche Putzkraft, Möbel, Putzmittel, Kehrrichtsäcke usw. bezahlt werden.

As of October 15, 2025, the largest room in our shared apartment for working professionals (2 women, 2 men between 2844) will become available. The bright and spacious apartment (260 sqm) is in a prime location and features a living room, dining room, library, guest room, balcony, roof terrace, parquet floors, stucco ceilings, two bathrooms, and a piano.

The apartment is located near Fluntern Church, ETH, and the University Hospital. Niederdorf and the city center are within walking distance or easily reached by tram (lines 5 and 6). Bus line 33 is also just around the corner, as well as several grocery options: a health food store, Migros, Coop, Denner, Avec, and Spar.

The rent (all inclusive, incl. internet, etc.) is CHF 1,880 plus CHF 200/month for the household fund, which covers the weekly cleaning service, furniture, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.
