I am looking for a new tenant for my 2,5 room apartment in Zurich City, as I will be moving abroad. The apartment is available as of Dec. 16th (+/-). The apartment is located near ETH main building and less than 10 minutes walking to both the central station and city center. The quiet but well connected neighborhood offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, gyms etc. within walking distance. There are 3 tram stops directly around the house: ETH, Haldenegg and Haldenbach (direct connection to the airport), and the central bus & tram stop Central is only a 5 minutes walk away.
Parking lots for residents (blaue Zonen) are available around the house.
The apartment comes unfurnished, however I would be happy to sell parts or all my furniture for a small fee.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine zentrale 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung, da ich ins Ausland ziehe. Die Wohnung ist ab 16. Dezember (+/-) verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem ETH Hauptgebäude und weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die ruhige aber dennoch sehr gut angebundene Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Apotheken, Fitnessstudios etc. in kürzester Entfernung. Die Wohnung liegt nahe der drei Tram Haltestellen ETH, Haldenegg und Haldenbach (Direktverbindung zum Flughafen), und die zentrale Tramstation Central liegt nur 5 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Blaue Zonen zum Parken sind rund um das Gebäude verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich unmöbliert, ich würde aber gerne Teile oder das ganze Mobiliar gegen einen kleinen Betrag verkaufen.
