Wir legen viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit in allen Geteilten Räumen des Hauses vorallem im Bad. Wir haben einen grossen Garten mit Pool, Teich, Grillbereich, Gemüsegarten und einem Reck zum Trainieren.
Wie haben 2 Estriche und einen Keller/ Garagen mit viel Stauraum. Parkplätze sind auch verfügbar. Die Räumlichkeiten werden unmöbliert übergeben. Tumbler/Waschmaschine/Kühlschrank/Gefriertruhe teilen wir natürlich.
Entsorgungsgebühren/W-Lan/Putzen im Haus und Pflege des Gartens übernehme zum grössten Teil Ich.
Wir sind alle Berufstätig oft weg und eine recht Junge WG mit 21, 25 und 26 Jahren.
Ich verzichte auf eine Kaution.
3 min. zu Fuss zum BHF, 15min an den Bodensee und direkter Autobahnanschluss ab Märstetten
