Gemütliches WG Zimmer sucht dich ;-)
Ich suche ab den 01.02.2026 eine WG- Mitbewohnerin oder einen WG- Mitbewohner in einer modernen Attika Wohnung in Lengwil.
Mir ist es wichtig das du eine lockere und offene Person bist, die auch gerne mal zusammen kocht oder einfach ein bisschen WG- Zeit geniessen kann.
Auf dich wartet ein modernes Zimmer von ca. 15 qm, mit Zutritt zur Dachterrasse und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Wohnfläche von 90qm plus Dachterrasse von 90qm kann man ideal zu zweit nutzen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit bedingter Seesicht.
Ideal führt ein Lift von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung. Wenn du einen TG- Stellplatz benötigst, kannst du den sehr gerne dazu mieten.
Der Kellerbereich sorgt ebenfalls für viel Platz. Wir haben des Weiteren eine eigene Waschküche die nur für uns zugänglich ist.
Ein Bahnhof und eine Bushaltestelle sind nur 5 Min. entfernt, was das Reisen sehr bequem macht.
Komm am besten vorbei und verschaff dir selber einen ersten Eindruck ;-).
