Zimmer in Wohngemeinschaft
Hallo, ich suche einen Mitbewohner für kurz- oder langfristige Zeiträume.
Ich habe ein Zimmer in meiner 5,5-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Verfügung. Dieses Zimmer muss von Ihnen eingerichtet werden (eingebaute Kleiderschrank im Zimmer).
Wir können auch ein weiteres Zimmer für ein Büro oder Ähnliches teilen.
Die Wohnung besteht auch aus 2 Badezimmern, eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ebenfalls zu teilen.
Um den Kontext zu erklären: Ich bin eine Mutter von 2 Kindern (9 und 3 Jahre), die in geteiltem Sorgerecht leben. Deshalb suche ich vorzugsweise eine ruhige und respektvolle Person.
