Zimmer in 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zentrum Zürich frei (ab 01.10.2025)
In unserer Wohnung an der Langstrasse wird ab dem 01.10. mein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, verfügt über 4.5 Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer, Salon, Büro und Küche) und liegt mitten in Zürich. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend. Da die Wohnung an der Langstrasse liegt, kann es am Wochenende etwas lauter werden, die Wohnung ist aber sehr gut isoliert und meistens hört man nichts.
Teilen würdest du dir die Wohnung mit Dominic (28), der als Ingenieur in der Medizintechnik arbeitet und fliessen Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Suchen würden wir eine arbeitende Person zwischen 26 und 30 Jahren alt.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und die Möbel (geteilte Möbel inklusive Dyson-Staubsauger, Kochgeschirr etc. sowie Möbel im Zimmer) sollten für CHF1500 übernommen werden.

Room available in 4.5-room flat in central Zurich (from 1 October 2025)
My room in our flat on Langstrasse will be available from 1 October. The flat is very large, has 4.5 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room, office and kitchen) and is located in the centre of Zurich. The main railway station is a 10-minute walk away and there are many restaurants and cafés in the area. As the flat is located on Langstrasse, it can get a little noisy at the weekend, but the flat is very well insulated and you usually can't hear anything.
You would share the flat with Dominic (28), who works as an engineer in medical technology and speaks fluent German and English. We are looking for a working person between 26 and 30 years old.
The flat is fully furnished and the furniture (shared furniture including a Dyson vacuum cleaner, cookware, etc. as well as furniture in the room) should be taken over for CHF 1500.
