Suche Mitbewohner 2 eigene Zimmer in einer 4 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ländlichen grünen auf dem Lande. Sehr ruhige Lage, eigenes Auto von Vorteil aber es gibt auch ÖV Verbindung.
Die Wohnung ist auf dem neusten Stand der Technik, Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich in der Wohnung. Die Benutzung der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon ist gemeinschaftlich.
Dem Mitbewohner stehen zwei grosszügige Zimmer(unmöbiliert) incl. Abstellraum und ein eigenes Badezimmer zur freien Verfügung. Ein Aussenparkplatz für das Auto gehört auch dazu.
Ich wohne gerne sauber, häuslich und gepflegt. Dies ist mir wichtig.
Im Haushalt befindet sich noch ein Vierbeiner(Katze) die aber mehrheitlich draußen unterwegs ist.
Die weiteren Nebenkosten der Wohnung belaufen sich auf ca. 120 chf pro Monat, weitere Details dazu kann man vor Ort besprechen.
