Wir lassen in der Wohnung die Möbel, die Waschmaschine sowie das WiFi zurück. Es umfasst auch einen Parkplatz in einer überdachten Garage.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und gleichzeitig nahe dem Zentrum, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ebenfalls nahe einer Bushaltestelle.
