Ruhig in der Natur..... in 3 Minuten im Dorf Aesch (11er Tram/ Bus) und in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof zu Fuss. Der Kindergarten ist 200m entfernt. Alle weiteren Schulen (auch ISB) erreichen sie in 800m.

Die Nebenkosten sind um die CHF 300.- (im Moment leben drei Erwachsene im Haus).

Es sind zwei freistehende Häuser. Im vorderen Haus wohnt eine dreiköpfige Familie. Das hintere Haus ist zu vermieten ab Oktober oder später.

Im Eingangsbereich ist ein WC mit Fenster, darauf folgt der Wohnbereich mit Cheminée und drei Ausgänge auf die Terrasse. Auch die Küche befindet sich auf dieser Etage, sie ist im Juli drei Jahre alt. Die Arbeitsflächen sind aus dunklem Granit, die Schränke sind in einem sehr hellen grau. Der grosse Kühlschrank mit drei Gefrierschubladen, wie auch der Induktionsherd und der Steamer machen diese Küche perfekt.

Im 1. OG ist das grosse Bad und drei Zimmer, zwei davon mit Balkonzugang.

Durch eine Glastüre kommt man ins Dachzimmer. Dies ist ein heller offener Raum mit 5 Fenster.

Im Keller ist die Waschküche und zwei Zimmer mit Tageslicht. Eines davon hat eine Dusche. Im ganzen Haus geniessen sie Bodenheizung. Somit sind auch die Kellerräume als Büro oder Schlafzimmer gut nutzbar.

The kitchen is also on this floor; it turned three years old July 2025. The countertops are made of dark granite, and the cabinets are a very light gray. The large refrigerator with three freezer drawers, as well as the induction stove and steamer, complete this kitchen.

On the first floor is the large bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which have balcony access.

A glass door leads to the attic room. This is a bright, open space with five windows. The basement houses the laundry room and two bedrooms with natural light. One of these has a shower. Underfloor heating is available throughout the house, making the basement rooms ideal for use as an office or bedroom.
