Clevere Raumaufteilung: Hochbett mit jeder Menge Stauraum darunter und einer integrierten Couch
Modernes Badezimmer: mit ebenerdiger Glasdusche, grünen Fliesen und eleganter Ausstattung
Hochwertige Küche: mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Ofen
Kompakte Möblierung: Kleiderschrank und viele weitere Schränke sowie Beleuchtung integriert
Ausserdem: sonniger Balkon mit elektrischen Storen, Kellerabteil, gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschküche, Glasfaser-WLAN inklusive

Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse, die Haltestelle Farbhof (Bus/Tram) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, das Zentrum Altstettens 10 Minuten. Perfekt für alle, die das Stadtleben schätzen, aber dennoch einen friedlichen Rückzugsort suchen.

I'm looking for a new tenant for my cozy 1.5-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten. During the complete renovation in 2021, the architects focused on sustainability with space-saving furnishings and the use of plenty of natural wood and renewable energy.

Modern bathroom: with a walk-in glass shower, green tiles, and elegant furnishings
High-quality kitchen: with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and oven
Compact furnishings: integrated wardrobe and many additional cabinets as well as lighting
Plus: sunny balcony with blinds, cellar storage, shared laundry room, fiber optic Wi-Fi included

The apartment is located on a quiet street, the Farbhof bus/tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and the center of Altstetten is 10 minutes away. Perfect for those who appreciate city life but still seek a peaceful retreat.

Not included in the apartment, but available for a reasonable price: height-adjustable desk, office chair, Swopper (ergonomic stool), wooden table, IKEA shelf, dishes, cutlery, and more. Please contact me if you are interested.

IMPORTANT! The property management requires the following from a new tenant:

Current debt collection statement or CreditTrust certificate (not older than two months)
Proof of income (at least three times the net rent, i.e. approximately CHF 5,500 per month)
Existing rental contract needs to be accepted (three months of rent as a deposit)
