We are looking for a reliable and mindful individual, couple, or family to live in our cozy house while we are away on a two-month trip. Subletting to shared flats (WGs) is not permitted.
The detached 4-room house is located in the quiet, green district of Albisrieden and features:
• Two bedrooms on the upper floor
• Living and dining area plus kitchen on the ground floor
• Private laundry room with dryer and storage space in the basement
• Sunny, well-maintained garden for exclusive use
• Good public transport connections and shops within walking distance
The house will be sublet fully furnished. The monthly rent of CHF 3,500 includes all utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.). A one-month deposit is required at the beginning of the rental period.
