Ich M 35 suche einen netten Mitbewohner*in für meine wunderschöne 4½-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 135?m² Wohnfläche. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse (ca. 30?m²), zwei separate Bäder mit Duschen, sowie einen eigenen Waschraum in der Wohnung. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig, damit wir uns beide wohlfühlen können. Ich lege Wert auf einen freundlichen, respektvollen Umgang, bei dem auch Privatsphäre nicht zu kurz kommt. Ideal wäre jemand im Alter zwischen 23 und 45 Jahren. Wenn du zuverlässig, rücksichtsvoll und sauber bist, freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht.
Die Lage der Wohnung:
Ist sehr zentral und verkehrstechnisch top: Die Autobahnzufahrt befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Luzern City ist mit dem Zug in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad bist du in ca. 15 Minuten dort und mit dem Auto brauchst du etwa 8 Minuten.
