Ich möchte gerne eine grosse, zentral gelegene 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung im Kreis 4 beim Helvetiaplatz tauschen. Sie wird jedoch nächsten Sommer renoviert, weshalb sie befristet ist.
Sie verfügt über:
- einen eigenen Estrich, der nur durch diese Wohnung erreichbar ist,
- eine eigene Waschmaschine,
- im einen Zimmer einen grossen Einbauschrank und
- einen Innenhof mit Veloständer.
Zur Trammstation Helvetiaplatz hat man ca. 2 Gehminuten und zum HB ca. 10 Gehminuten.
Gleich vor der Haustüre gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants und Coop/Migros/Denner sowie eine grosse Grünfläche des Kasernenareals.
