Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Langstrasse, in der Nähe der Josefstrasse (8005) und ist umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Sie liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Limmatplatz, Letten, Josefwiese und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt. (Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Teil der Langstrasse nördlich der Bahngleise liegt, also entfernt von den Clubs.)

Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, bei der eine Wand entfernt wurde, wodurch zusätzlich zum separaten Schlafzimmer ein großer und heller Loftbereich entstanden ist. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und hat Fenster nach Süden und Westen mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag. We are looking for someone to take our main lease, with moving date around the end of September.

The flat is located at Langstrasse, next to Josefstrasse (8005) and near many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It is in short walking distances to Limmatplatz, Letten, Josefwiese and HB. (Please note that this part of Langstr. is north of the train tracks, so away from the clubs).

The apartment is a 3-room flat in which one wall was removed, creating a large and luminous loft in addition to a private/separated bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a bathtub. The unit faces the courtyard and has windows facing south and west, with lots of sun in the afternoon. At the basement there is a small storage space and shared washing machine/tumbler. Near the back door of the building there is a secured, covered bike storage space.

A rent increase is expected from 1st October, but the new value was not yet communicated.
