Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Übergang von Gundeli zu Bruderholz. Ich habe besonders die Ruhe sehr geschätzt.
Sie hat helle Räume, einen frisch renovierten Balkon mit Weitblick, eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie einen praktischen Einbauschrank im Eingangsbereich. Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosszügiges Kellerabteil.
Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Keller werden geteilt, der Waschtag kann frei gewählt werden und war nie ein Problem.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV sind in Gehdistanz.
Der Parkplatz, den ich derzeit nutze, kann für CHF 140 pro Monat übernommen werden.
Ideal für 1 Person, die ruhig wohnen möchte.
