Ich suche ein Nachmieter für meine 2,5 Zimmer gutgeschnittene Wohnnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut nah am Hegibachplatz gelegen. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten am Stadelhofen mit dem Tram oder Bus. Zum See (Chinawiese) sind es zu Fuss circa 15min und mit dem Bus keine 10min.

Die Wohnung verfügt über folgende Ausstattung:
Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, sowie ausreichend Platz für einen kleinen Essbereich
Badezimmer mit Badewanne
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock in einem ruhigen Haus. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Keller. Ebenfalls gehört ein Lagerabteil im Keller zur Wohnung.
- Bei Wünsch kann das Bett und die Schlafsofa übernehmen werden.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 2.5 room apartment.

The flat is very well located close to Hegibachplatz. Stadelhofen is less than 5 minutes away by tram or bus. The lake (Chinawiese) is about 15 minutes on foot and less than 10 minutes by bus.

The flat has the following facilities:

- Kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as enough space for a small dining area

- Bathroom with bathtub

The flat is on the second floor in a quiet house. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar. There is also a storage compartment in the cellar.

- If wished, the bed and the sofa bed can be taken over.
