Mein Mitbewohner zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen, deshalb wird bei uns ein geräumiges Zimmer (19.1m2) frei. Einzug ist flexibel ab dem 1. September bis spätestens 1. November möglich. Du würdest mit mir alleine wohnen: ich bin 30, weiblich, unkompliziert, gerne unterwegs und schätze es, wenn man sich zuhause wohlfühlt und etwas Sorge zu den Sachen trägt.
**Zur Wohnung (renoviert 2021, alles noch wie neu):**



* Moderne Küche mit Steamer, Backofen, grossem Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler & allem, was man braucht (Standmixer, Reiskocher, Töpfe, etc.)
* Zwei Balkone: kleiner Balkon bei meinem Zimmer & grosser, halb geschlossener Balkon mit Lounge, Pflanzen & Sonne am Nachmittag
* Die Schlafzimmer haben Morgensonne
* Gut isoliert (kein Lärm, im Sommer angenehm kühl)
* Bad mit grosser Dusche & eigenem Waschturm
* Kellerabteil zur Mitbenutzung

**Zum Zimmer:**



* 19.1m2, also richtig viel Platz
* Hell & ruhig
* Grosser Kleiderschrank ist drin und wäre super, wenn du den nutzen würdest

**Miete:** CHF 1995. all inclusive; Internet, Serafe, Versicherung, TV, Nutzung meines Mobiliars usw. ist alles schon drin. Es kommen keine zusätzlichen Kosten dazu.
**Zu mir:** Ich bin selten im Homeoffice, oft unterwegs, mags gerne sauber, ohne dabei übertrieben pingelig zu sein. Besuch hab ich ab und zu, kündige das aber immer an. Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der gut ins entspannte WG-Leben passt, mit gegenseitigem Respekt und offenem Umgang.

My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so a spacious room (19.1m2) in our apartment is becoming available. Move-in is flexible between September 1st and November 1st. * Well insulated (quiet and pleasantly cool in summer)
* Bathroom with a big shower and in-unit washer/dryer

* Comes with a large wardrobe that Id prefer to keep there and that youre welcome to use

**Rent:** CHF 1'995. all inclusive internet, Serafe (TV tax), insurance, TV, use of my furniture, etc. Everythings covered, no extra costs.
**A bit about me:** I rarely work from home, love being out and active, and enjoy a clean but relaxed home. I occasionally have guests over, but always give a heads-up. Im looking for someone who fits into a laid-back, respectful flat-share with open communication.
