Stock des kernsanierten Gebäudes und verfügt über 40m2 Aussenfläche (Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf den Goldenberg und Loggia), einem eigenen Waschturm (Waschmaschine und Tumbler), Geschirrspühlmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen und Steamer sowie 2 Badezimmer (1 x WC & Dusche, 1 x WC). Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet (wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich), dein Zimmer ist leer und kann nach deinem Geschmack eingerichtet werden. The 3.5-room apartment is centrally located in Winterthur, with the train station, all shopping facilities, and the old town within a 3-minute walking distance. The apartment is on the top (5th) floor of a fully renovated building and features a 40m2 outdoor area (balcony with a great view of the Goldenberg and a loggia), its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and steamer, as well as 2 bathrooms (1 x toilet & shower, 1 x toilet). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (as shown in the pictures), your room is empty and can be furnished to your taste. The costs (CHF 1'550) are listed as net, which includes additional costs, electricity, and cleaning.
