Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, wir sind eine 2 und im Winter eine 3 Parteien-WG.
Ab 1.12.25 - 15.3.26 bewohnt die Wohnung befristet ein Skilehrer.
Das Zimmer ist mit Dachschräge sehr gemütlich. Es muss selber eingerichtet werden, der Schrank steht zur Verfügung, weitere möbelierung auf Anfrage. Speziell an diesem Zimmer ist, dass es über eine eigene douche und Lavabo verfügt.
Für die Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung steht:
Eine vollwertig eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, grosser Balkon und die Waschküche zur Mitbenützung im Haus, mit Tumbler und Secomat.
In der grossen 5-Zimmer Wohnung, wohne ich und meine beiden Jungs, welche nur an denn Wochen zu Besuch sind.
Zudem haben wir noch 2 Mitbewohner unsere Kätzli Nala & June.
Das Mietverhältnis ist gerne per sofort ab 1.10.25
