Einen besonderen Charakter verleiht der alte Einbauschrank (siehe Foto) und das helle Zimmer mit zwei Fensterfronten in Richtung Südwest. Die Wohnung hat nach allen Seiten ausser im Osten Fenster. Das grösste Zimmer (mit Einbauschrank) ist nach Süden ausgerichtet.

In der Küche hat es einen Geschirrspüler, einen neuen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen relativ alten Herd (Wird eventuell ausgewechselt in nächster Zeit).

Die Wohnung wäre ab 1. September zu haben.
