This is a bright and beautiful 2.5 room apartment in top condition.

I moved in as the first tenant in January 2025 and am looking for a new tenant from 01.09.2025.

It is a new building, so the apartment is almost in its original condition. The walls are not painted.

Parking space is also available for 190 CHF.
