Wir (31, m & 26, m) wohnen ab September zu zweit in einem WG-Haus (Platz für 3 insgesamt), da ein Mitbewohner auf Anfang September auszieht. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. September zu haben. Zum Haus gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit Sitzplatz, Keller, Werkstatt, Estrich, Vorplatz sowie ein Fahrrad-/Motorradunterstand, zwei Wohnzimmer, grosser TV, WLAN, Kabelinternet und vieles mehr.
Wir legen Wert auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und pünktliche Mietzahlungen. Im Gegenzug wird Freiheit und Toleranz grossgeschrieben. Wir sind unkompliziert und vertrauen auf gute Kommunikation.
(Der Mietvertrag wird zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine gemeinsame Neubeurteilung der Wohnlage)
