The apartment is located in a new building and the first occupancy was beginning 2021. It has floor-heating and cooling, which contributes to very pleasant temperatures in summer.
Thalwil train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Lake Zurich is less than 5-minute walk away. Shopping possibilities nearby (Migros and Coop within walking distance, Lidl in Thalwil-Gattikon).
