We are subletting our furnished and fully equipped 3.5-room apartment (93.5m² interior, 14m² exterior) in Thalwil from September 1, 2025 (takeover on the morning of August 27, 2025) to July 31, 2026. The apartment belongs to the Baugenossenschaft Frohheim. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has two balconies with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich and partial view of Alps. The apartment is located in a new building and the first occupancy was beginning 2021. It has floor-heating and cooling, which contributes to very pleasant temperatures in summer.
Thalwil train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Lake Zurich is less than 5-minute walk away. Shopping possibilities nearby (Migros and Coop within walking distance, Lidl in Thalwil-Gattikon).
