Auch für Personen welche ein Praktikum für 6 Monate in Zürich absolvieren ist das Zimmer gut geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ( Dachgeschosswohnung ). Mit der Tram Nr. 8 oder 11 erreicht man den Bahnhof Stadelhofen in 3 Minuten und den Hauptbahnhof in 8 or 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hell, verfügt über Parkett- und Fliesenböden und ist und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 gross und nicht zur Strasse gewandt. Es verfügt über einen Einbauschrank, Regal, Tisch und ein Einzelbett.

It is ideal for a weekly resident or someone who works part-time in Zurich and is looking for a room for a few days a week. Also persons that are doing an internship for 6 month are very welcome.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (attic apartment). You can reach Stadelhofen station in 3 minutes by Tram no. 8 or 11 and the main station in 12 minutes. The apartment itself is very bright, has parquet and tiled floors and is stylish furnished.
The room offered is approx. 12m2 in size and does not face the street. It has a built-in wardrobe, shelving, table and a single bed.
About me ( W38 ): I am a non-smoker and the owner of an architecture firm. I like my flat clean, I’m a lot on the road, open-minded and communicative. I value respectful interaction and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
The rent for the room is CHF 1250 inkl. NK.
