Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in ab September für meine Wohnung in Olten. Ich selbst miete die 45qm grosse Zweiraumwohnung offiziell ab dem 01.09.2025. Vorherige Besichtigungen sind schwierig, aber nicht ausgeschlossen. Vermutlich kann ich nämlich bereits eine Woche eher in die Wohnung und habe auch Kontakt zum jetzigen Mieter.

Lage:
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Innerhalb von ca. 5 Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof, von wo aus man in je unter 30 Minuten in Zürich, Bern, Basel oder Luzern ist. Der Campus der FHNW ist ebenfalls in unter 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte wie Coop, Migros und Denner.

Die Wohnung:
Die zwei Wohnräume sind voneinander separat und abschliessbar. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 14qm gross. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, und eine Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Im Flur befinden sich Einbauschränke zum Verstauen von aller Art von Sachen.
Darüberhinaus hat es ein eigenes kleines Kellerabteil (inklusive Stromanschluss) und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Zu mir:
Ich bin Louis, 23 Jahre alt, studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik und schreibe gerade noch meine Masterarbeit zu Ende. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Deutschland, habe aber das letzte Jahr in Basel gelebt und studiert. Ab Oktober werde ich anfangen Vollzeit als IT Berater zur arbeiten. Das werde ich auch teilweise im Homeoffice tun und entsprechend auch teilweise tagsüber zu Hause sein.
Ich mache regelmässig Sport, höre viel Musik, auch relativ querbeet von Electro bis Metal und gehe auf entsprechende Veranstaltungen. Ich schau gerne Sitcoms und Actionthriller, mag Karten- und Gesellschaftsspiele und gehe im Winter super gern Skifahren.

Miete:
Die Miete in Höhe von 750 CHF umfasst die Kaltmiete, Heiz-, Wasser-, Abfall- und sonstige Nebenkosten sowie Strom, Internet und Rundfunkabgabe (Serafe).

I’m looking for a flatmate starting in September for my apartment in Olten. I’m officially renting the 45 sqm two-room apartment from September 1, 2025. Viewings before that date might be a bit tricky but are not completely out of the question. There’s a good chance I’ll get access to the apartment about a week earlier, and I’m also in contact with the current tenant.

Location:
The apartment is very centrally located. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Zurich, Bern, Basel, or Lucerne in under 30 minutes each. The FHNW campus is also less than 10 minutes away on foot. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Coop, Migros, and Denner.

The Apartment:
The two living spaces are separate and lockable. The room available for rent is about 14 sqm. There’s a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. The hallway has built-in cupboards for storing all kinds of things.
Additionally, there’s a private basement storage unit (with power outlet) and a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and space to hang laundry.
The apartment is on the first floor and there’s an elevator in the building.

About Me:
I’m Louis, 23 years old, currently studying Business Informatics and finishing up my master’s thesis. I’m originally from Germany, but spent the past year living and studying in Basel. Starting in October, I’ll begin working full-time as an IT consultant, partly from home, so I’ll be at the apartment during the day from time to time.
I work out regularly, listen to a lot of music (ranging from electronic to metal), and enjoy going to concerts and events. I like watching sitcoms and action thrillers, enjoy playing card and board games, and love skiing in the winter.

Rent:
The rent is 750 CHF and includes the base rent, heating, water, waste disposal, other utilities, as well as electricity, internet, broadcasting fee.
