Die Wohnung ist ca. 66 m² gross und verfügt über einen Balkon, einen Lift, einen eigenen Waschturm, eine grosse Küche mit Geschirrspüler sowie ein Kellerabteil. Zusätzlich steht ein Veloraum zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

We are looking for a new tenant (m/f/x) for our centrally located 2.5-room apartment in the Gundeli district, close to the train station (2 min walking distance), as of August 16, 2025. The apartment is approximately 66 m² in size and features a balcony, elevator, private washer-dryer tower, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, and a private basement storage room. A shared bicycle storage room is also available.
