2.5 Rooms, 66 m², 3. floor 

I am subletting my apartment for 3 months (August 20205 - end of October 2025). It is centrally located, 5 min away from Hardbrücke and 15 minutes from the main station.
It comes furnished (-bed) with a large living room, kitchen, entrance and separate bathroom and kitchen. The flat has a balcony and the house shares a rooftop. There are shared washing machine/Tumber in the attic. The apartment does NOT have internet - should you need Wifi the rent would go up a bit.
I will not be renting out the second bedroom - I currently work in Berne but would like to keep the room. I would stop by a couple of times a month (always with prior warning!). I am 30, tidy, a doctor and have a passion for all things yoga and nature. I am looking forward to hearing from you! (Dates and price are open to discussion)
