We will be moving out of our apartment at the end of our studies, and it will be available starting August 1st. The apartment is ideal for students and can comfortably accommodate three to four people across its three bedrooms.
Its a 4.5-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms, two balconies, and access to a shared garden. A shared laundry room is located in the basement, and a private cellar is also included.
The ZHAW campuses are within walking distance (10-15 minutes to Reidbach, 25-30 minutes to Grüental), and Zurich is just 30 minutes away by public transport.

We are ONLY considering tenants who are willing to purchase all existing furniture in the apartment, including the living room table, couch, beds, and wardrobes for a total of 900 CHF (negotiable). Wir ziehen Ende unseres Studiums aus der Wohnung aus, sie ist ab dem 1. August verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studierende und bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern Platz für drei bis vier Personen.
Es handelt sich um eine 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Balkonen sowie Zugang zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Garten. Die Waschküche befindet sich im Keller und wird mit dem Haus geteilt. Ein eigenes Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die ZHAW-Standorte sind zu Fuss erreichbar (Reidbach in 10-15 Minuten, Grüental in 25-30 Minuten). Zürich ist mit dem ÖV in rund 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir suchen AUSSCHLIESSLICH Nachmieter*innen, die bereit sind, sämtliche Möbel in der Wohnung zu übernehmen, dazu gehören Esstisch, Sofa, Betten und Kleiderschränke, für insgesamt 900 CHF (verhandelbar).
