Ich vergebe schweren Herzens meine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am HB im Kreis 5. Das Studio ist perfekt für Einzelpersonen, die überall schnell hinkommen wollen. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants in der Nähe, zwei Museen, die Limmat ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, und zum See kommt man dank dem HB auch in nur 8 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist, obwohl sie so nah am HB liegt, relativ ruhig, da das Gebäude erst 2020 komplett renoviert wurde. Sie hat hohe Decken, Stuck, eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Badezimmer und zwei Kellerabteile. Tumbler und Waschmaschine stehen dir ebenfalls zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ausserdem gibt es einen süssen kleinen Innenhof, in dem man im Sommer entspannt essen oder mit den Nachbar:innen ein kleines Outdoor-Kino geniessen kann.

Im giving up my beautiful apartment near the main station (HB) in Kreis 5 and it truly breaks my heart. The studio is perfect for someone who wants to get anywhere quickly. There are countless restaurants nearby, two museums, the Limmat river is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the lake in only 8 minutes thanks to the central location by the main station.
Despite being so close to the HB, the apartment is surprisingly quiet since the building was fully renovated in 2020. It features high ceilings with stucco details, a modern kitchen, a stylish bathroom, and two private storage rooms in the basement.
A washer and dryer are also available for your private use.
On top of that, theres a charming little courtyard where you can enjoy a relaxed meal in the summer or even watch a cozy outdoor movie with your neighbors.
