This charming Valais chalet in Ahori (Oberems), situated at the entrance to the idyllic Turtmann Valley, offers you a unique retreat in a quiet, unobstructable location. Built in 1996 and continuously maintained, the chalet is now in top condition - ready for you to move in and feel at home.
On the upper floor you will find a spacious entrance area, a bright living and dining room with a cosy Swedish stove, a functional kitchen and a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Rhone valley - a place to take a deep breath and enjoy.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a combined laundry/technical room, a spacious cellar and another balcony. The electric heating with storage tank provides cosy warmth, even in the cold season.

Construit en 1996 et entretenu en permanence, le chalet se présente aujourd'hui en excellent état - prêt à emménager et à se sentir bien.
À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une entrée spacieuse, un salon et une salle à manger lumineux avec un poêle suédois confortable, une cuisine fonctionnelle ainsi qu'un balcon avec une vue dégagée sur la vallée du Rhône - un endroit pour respirer et profiter.
Le rez-de-chaussée dispose de deux chambres à coucher, d'une salle de bains avec toilette, d'une buanderie/local technique combiné, d'une cave spacieuse ainsi que d'un autre balcon. Le chauffage électrique avec accumulateur assure une chaleur agréable, même pendant la saison froide.
