Air conditioning through single mobile unit(s). Suitable for max. 2 persons. Initial contract duration: min. 12, max. 24 months (neither short term nor daily rents, such as Airbnb). Monthly rent: CHF 1'300 + 100 advance for expenses (full calculation and compensation once a year). Parking available in nearby building, open or closed space (to be verified).
