?? Two Rooms Available in a Super Friendly Shared House in Assens! ??

Hi there!
We?re looking for two lovely new housemates to join our cozy shared home in Assens ? one room is available from September 1st, and the second from October 1st.

? Where are we?
Our house is located in beautiful Assens, just a 1 minute walk to the forest ? and only 20 minutes from Lausanne with the LEB train ? super convenient if you commute or love nature!

? Who we are
We?re a bunch of easy-going people who love spending time together ? whether that?s sharing meals, or just hanging out. The vibe here is friendly, warm, and respectful. We believe a good home is built on good energy and good company ?

? A little special something
The house also has a honey-making workshop on site! ? That means yes ? there are bees, and you?ll need to be cool with that.
Yan & Lorena are the beekeepers, and they share the space with their adorable dog Louba ? the real mascot of the house ?? She?s sweet, gentle, and everyone?s favorite roommate.

? Rent & conditions
To move in, we ask for:
- 1 month?s rent in advance
- 1 month?s rent as a deposit

Room 2 available 1st of october = CHF750
