Die Küche ist mit einer Kochinsel ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, grossen Kühlschrank und separaten Tiefkühler mit 3 Schubladen, Backofen und Induktionsherd. Die Wohnung hat eine 8m2 grosse Loggia. Zur Wohnung gelangt man bequem mit dem Lift. Auch ein Kellerabteil gehört zur Wohnung. Parkiermöglichkeiten gibt es auch. The as-new apartment (2022) is on the 1st floor and has the following amenities: a large bathroom (7m2) with bathtub, washing tower and window, built-in wardrobe in the entrance area, parquet flooring in the living/sleeping area and slab floor in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island. There is also a dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer with 3 drawers, oven and induction hob. The apartment has an 8m2 loggia. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment. Parking spaces are also available. Availability must be requested from the administration. Pets are allowed (including cat netting) by arrangement with the management. Lufingen is very well located, e.g. for airport employees. The bus station (lines 520 / 521 / 524) is within easy walking distance, as is the Volg store with integrated post office. Very pleasant tenants and property management. Important: The apartment is to be taken over on November 15.
