Die Wohnung liegt an der Obergütschrain 5 - einem idyllischen, ruhigen Quartier mit viel Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Der Sonnenberg ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und zur Luzerner Innenstadt brauchst du mit dem Bus nur 10 Minuten. Die Haltestelle erreichst du in 2 Minuten zu Fuss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Lift) und überzeugt mit einer modernen Küche und einem frisch renovierten Bad (2020). Das Wohnzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon - perfekt für einen Feierabenddrink!

The apartment is located at Obergütschrain 5 - an idyllic, quiet neighborhood with plenty of nature right on your doorstep. Sonnenberg is just a 10-minute walk away, and Lucerne city center is only a 10-minute bus ride away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and boasts a modern kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom (2020). The living room invites you to linger and offers access to the sunny balcony - perfect for an after-work drink! There's also plenty of storage space thanks to a private basement compartment, as well as a drying room and bike room.
