[Tauschwohnung] Kleines Schmuckstück gegen Grosses

Hallo Zusammen,
da meine Wohnung für Homeoffice und leben etwas klein ist, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer 3/3.5 Zimmer Wohnung, am liebsten Kreis 3 oder 4, rund ums Lochergut. Möglich wäre auch alles in Zürich Richtung Oerlikon, jedoch mit direkter Tram Anbindung.
Im Gegenzug biete ich mein Schmuckstück mit zwei Balkonen, schönem Holzboden, sehr ruhige&liebe Nachbarn an. Die Wohnung ist circa 50qm groß, innenliegendes Bad und Küche mit kleinem Sitzbereich und Zugang zum Balkon im Innenhof. Küche und Bad sind „Original Retro“ aber noch gut in Schuss und gepflegt. Das Lochergut bietet mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Bars und Tram, alles was man braucht.

Die Tauschwohnung muss einen Balkon haben, hell und höher als EG/Hochparterre sein, gerne Lift und etwas neuerer Ausbaustandard, Hund erlaubt, Preis bis maximal 2400.

Ps: bei Nebenkosten und Kaution bin ich mir nicht 100% sicher, zahle am Ende insg. 1550 CHF - ab Oktober 23 sind es 1630
