I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in Lugano. The flat is shared with two female students and is located only 10 minutes from USI/SUPSI.
The flat is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a nice view. The location is ideal - convenient for both getting to university and accessing the city center.
The rent is 650 CHF per month plus 50 CHF for utilities. The room will be available from the beginning of August.
I'm also selling the furniture in my room, which includes a desk, monitor, office chair, and bed with mattress.
