Da mein Mann und ich ab November 2025 für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir für unsere geliebte Wohnung jemanden, der sich während unserer Abwesenheit genauso wohlfühlt wie wir. Die Wohnung ist super modern, großzügig geschnitten und perfekt aufgeteilt.

* Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler im Bad sowie einige praktische Einbauschränke in der ganzen Wohnung
* Aufgrund der Zwischenmiete ist die Wohnung möbliert, aber wir sind flexibel – was bleibt oder rauskommt, besprechen wir gern individuell
* Ruhige Lage in einem gepflegten Haus mit nur vier weiteren Parteien und einer sehr freundlichen Hausarztpraxis im Erdgeschoss
* Eine absolut tolle Nachbarschaft
* Möglichkeit zur Anmietung eines Tiefgaragenplatzes für 130 CHF/Monat
