I am offering a beautiful 3.0 ground-floor apartment in exchange for a larger one. Our apartment is located on Schweighofstrasse, just 1 minute from the tram 14 and 5 minutes from the tram 9.

With the arrival of our first child, we need more space and are looking for at least a 4.5-room apartment in Thalwil, Rüschlikon, Kilchberg, Wollishofen, Zollikon, or Küsnacht. Our ideal apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an in-unit washing tower. A parking space would be a plus. Ideally, we are looking for a rent not exceeding 4,000 CHF.
