[Tauschwohnung] Tolle 2,5 Zimmerwohnung gegen 3 Zimmer
Da mein Freund und ich gerne zusammenziehen würden, biete ich meine tolle, sehr helle (die meisten Fotos habe ich spät nachmittags gemacht, darum sieht man's nicht so gut haha) 2,5 Zimmerwohnung zum Tausch gegen etwas grösseres an. Sie ist richtig charmant, hat super Böden in den Zimmern und in der Küche genug Platz für einen recht grossen Tisch. Ausserdem hat sie einen herzigen Balkon und eine Badewanne. Bei gutem Wetter hat man dank der Ausrichtung praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne - auch auf dem Balkon :). Vor dem Haus hat es dazu noch ein Gärtli, das man benutzen darf - z.B zum Pflanzen aufstellen oder so. Der Mietzins ist 1900.- (1750 + 150 NK). Sie ist ca. 5 Min zu Fuss vom Manesseplatz weg.
Wir suchen drei Zimmer – und gern einen Balkon.
Vorzugsweise in den Kreisen 3,4,5 oder Wipkingen. :-)
