Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist dennoch nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Altstetten entfernt. Von dem gezeigten Mobiliar möchte ich lediglich den Tisch im Wohnzimmer und das Bett mitnehmen. Der Rest (z. B. Schränke, Sofa) wird den Nachmieter*innen kostenfrei überlassen. Es stehen zwei Waschmaschinen sowie Tumbler zur kostengünstigen Mitbenutzung bereit. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder Paare.
